This is a premium service at an affordable price point. We don’t have surprise add-ons, we don’t accept tips, and you won’t be dealing with random subcontractors.

If your device’s condition is beyond Bee Cave Tech Concierge’s capabilities, we will work with your warranty provider directly to get you what you’re entitled to.

For those out of warranty BCTC will work with a vetted third party repairer, or recommend a replacement device when absolutely practical.
